    The visual improvement program of the Central BID including the seasonal street banners and flower baskets.

    The Central BID’s Flower Basket program has been a success for more than six years now and because Spring means new growth, it’s time to get the bright and colorful Impatiens up and hanging throughout “The Avenue” again. The program was designed to help make the district aesthetically appealing and more vital.
